What makes your business stand out?
Our business stands out from others in the area because of three main reasons:
- we purchase all of our meat and produce from local butchers and farmers
- our ability to roast multiple pigs in a day to accommodate to multiple events
- our business name/branding
What other pig roast equipment did you consider before buying the Roaster?
- We considered many different pig roasters and smokers from all over North America such as: Spitjack, La Caja China, Grill-Billies, and several more.
Why did you choose the PigOut Roaster?
There were many factors that made the decision to go with the PigOut Roaster very easy.
- The hands on training we received when we visited the PigOut operation before we opened
- The short time it takes to cook the pig
- The available attachments for cooking chickens, ribs, burgers, sausages, etc.
- The great customer service that we received from Alan and Anne
What do you enjoy most about catering with the Roaster?
- I can list so many things here but my favourite has to be when we are serving a large pig for lunch and I can get up at 5am to put the pig on the spit and go back to sleep for a couple of hours without having to worry.
What are your plans for your business in the future?
- After one year under our belt we needed to buy a 2nd roaster, we are already planning on doubling our size for the next summer and intend to buy a 3rd roaster in 2017.
