Rico's Restaurant in Hamilton Ontario is a local go-to spot for authentic Filipino eats with a warm, casual vibe and lots of classic dishes.

This past Fall, Rico picked up his first couple Roasters to offer perfectly crispy Lechon, this Christmas season is so busy for them they have 5 Roasters fired up at the same time. We can't wait to visit sometime in 2026!

Rotisserie Turkeys on your PigOut Roaster

Rotisserie cooking is the secret to incredibly juicy, flavour-packed roasts. Your Four Prong Clamps aren’t just for pigs, they’re perfect for turkeys, beef, and more.

One PigOut Roaster can handle up to four 20 lb turkeys at once. Simply season with kosher salt, roast at 400°F for 2½–3 hours, then let the birds rest for 30 minutes before carving. The result? Beautifully crispy skin and tender, juicy turkey. Perfect for your holiday feast.

Cooking in sub 0 temperatures

Your PigOut Roaster is built to perform in all weather conditions. Yes, even when there's snow on the ground! Cold temperatures won’t stop a great roast. For best results, try to keep the roaster out of strong winds, and if needed, shield one end with a bit of foil. Be sure to check on your roast regularly to confirm both burners are burning consistently. Enjoy perfectly roasted results all year long.
